How long it takes
Every item is made to order. Here's the honest timeline:
- Production: 2–7 business days to print and pack your order
- US delivery: 3–5 business days after production
- International delivery: 10–30 business days after production
Most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days from the day you order. Orders with multiple items may ship separately at no extra cost to you.
Shipping rates
Calculated at checkout based on your destination. US shipping starts at $4.75 for apparel and $4.89 for headwear, with a small additional charge per extra item.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 8 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in your order total and we have no way to estimate them in advance.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only if the order hasn't entered production yet — usually within a few hours of ordering. Email us immediately if you spot a mistake.
Delays
Peak seasons, weather, and carrier backlogs can add time. If your order is running noticeably late, email itsgooddaygolf@gmail.com and we'll chase it down for you.
